RETURN POLICY

At Aaron Adam, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
- Customers must contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.
RESTOCKING FEE
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
EXCEPTIONS
- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items that are shipped internationally cannot be returned.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email customer service at hongkong@aaronadam.co with your order number and reason for the refund within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Obtain a Credit Note (CN) number from customer service.
- Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the CN number.
- Mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
- After we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your return. Please allow 30 days after we receive your item to process your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to make it right. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our customer service team at hongkong@aaronadam.co within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a description of the damage or defect.
- Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item in your email. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
- Return Process: Once we confirm the damage or defect, you will need to return the item to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
- Replacement: After we receive the returned item and confirm the damage or defect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.
